Job Description: Residential Fence Sales/Manager

A to Z Quality Fencing in MN is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Fence Sales/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and project management, with a focus on residential fencing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential fencing market
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Develop and present proposals to potential clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential sales and project management
