Job Description: Residential Fence Sales/Manager
A to Z Quality Fencing in MN is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Fence Sales/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and project management, with a focus on residential fencing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential fencing market
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential sales and project management
- Knowledge of the fencing industry and products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
