Your Earning Potential
• Reliable Base Pay: $800/week base salary ($41,600/year) for peace of mind.

• Target Earnings: A realistic earning potential of $100,000 – $150,000+, with our top performers earning well over $150K!
?? What You’ll Be Doing
As a Fencepertâ„¢, you will be the face of our company, guiding homeowners to the perfect fencing solutions. Your day-to-day will include:
• Running pre-qualified appointments and connecting with prospective clients.
• Presenting our beautiful, durable fencing options and educating customers on the value we provide.
• Managing your pipeline and closing deals with confidence and pricing discipline.
• Consistently achieving a target of 18+ successful projects per month.
• Spending 10–15 hours per week in our welcoming office to handle follow-ups, pipeline management, and collaborate with our fantastic team.
